حذف حسابك في تطبيق BashaTools

يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك نهائياً بإحدى طريقتين:

1. من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع): افتح التطبيق، ثم الحساب ← تفاصيل الحساب ← حذف الحساب، وأدخل كلمة السر للتأكيد.
2. بدون التطبيق: راسلنا على البريد [email protected] أو واتساب 0797768555 من نفس البريد أو الرقم المسجّل في حسابك، واطلب حذف الحساب. ننفّذ الطلب خلال 7 أيام عمل.

ما يُحذف: بيانات الحساب (الاسم، البريد، الهاتف، كلمة السر)، العنوان، المفضلة، ورموز الإشعارات.

ما نحتفظ به: سجلات الطلبات السابقة فقط، لأغراض المحاسبة والالتزامات القانونية، بدون ربطها بحساب فعّال.

Delete your BashaTools account

You can permanently delete your account and data in one of two ways:

1. In the app (fastest): open the app, then Account → Account details → Delete account, and enter your password to confirm.
2. Without the app: email [email protected] or WhatsApp +962 79 776 8555 from the email or phone number registered on your account and ask for deletion. We complete requests within 7 business days.

Deleted: account data (name, email, phone, password), address, wishlist and notification tokens.

Kept: past order records only, for accounting and legal obligations, no longer linked to an active account.
